Ask an Expert - Forum > Front Endpaper Textured

I'm looking for a paper to use for front endpapers in binding books. Something with a bit of texture like typical endpapers of the 20th century. A bit heavier weight than the pages of the book. Heavy and/or dense enough to take glue for the pastedown.

Thanks!

If you're looking for a non-cotton paper we suggest either Colorplan or Lessebo as they both offer a wide range of white, off-white and color papers in various weights.

If you'd like to use a cotton paper, we suggest Somerset Book and Arches.

And if you'd like a little character in the cotton paper, the Arches Laid is an excellent option
