I would appreciate expert opinions from paper specialists regarding the selection of paper, considering the following factors:

Notebook size: A5 (approx.)
Cover: Hard leather cover
Pages: 192 pages per book
Paper GSM: 70gsm (planned)
Color: Off-white or light ivory (not as yellowish as Moleskine)
Printing method: Offset printing (1 color, single ruled)
Applications: Suitable for pens, pencils, and fountain pens for both note-taking and sketching.

I have a preference for paper from the UK, Europe, or Scandinavia due to the quality and certifications they might possess. However, I'm open to other suggestions. Specially Lessebo brand or similar product would be ideal.

I would appreciate it if you could provide details such as standard size per sheet, general pricing, and places to purchase both online and offline.
