Ask an Expert - Forum > Mounting Yupo on plexi or aluminum

I made a series of double-sided paintings on translucent yupo. I paint on both sides in order for some lines show through when viewed from the front. I want to try mounting on plexi in order for a bit of light to bounce through (I don't want too much light or the back painting will overwhelm the front). The back painting is minor and I'm not concerned about it being viewed. I may also try mounting on aluminum (dibond) for light to bounce through the piece.

What material do you recommend for adhering yupo (with painted lines on it) to plexi? I prefer something transparent or translucent so light can bounce through. I'm going to experiment with a few small pieces. Would you recommend the same for mounting on aluminum or something different? Thank you!!
